Customer Success - Constant Rotation

Hello,
I wanted to get a feeling from others about their experience with Oracle's Customer Success Management team.
We find that we are assigned a new rep every 1-2 months. The record for us was when we had a rep assigned for 2 hours before getting passed off.
I am starting to take it personally.
The struggle is that our rep never truly gets to know our need or use case for Learn. Honestly, I spend more time educating and catching up the new individual than I do getting any benefit from them. Then I blink and a new rep is assigned.
