Slightly alarmed by the lack of Oracle support regarding GDPR.
What are others doing in regard to your candidate database and new applications after May 25th?
Candidate Database options:
Any cute solutions / workarounds in Taleo that would allow us to email our complete database and track a response to an opt-in / opt-out question that the recruiter could then see and action?
On-going Applications:
Are people adding a GDPR / Data statement as a mandatory question or is there another option I have missed?
Purging Candidates:
Can you select candidates in a certain status to purge in order not to impact your hiring data?
