Deep Link to Learner's Community Card under My Learning

Need to ease the number of clicks needed for a learner to identify the learning communities they are members of/manage

Hello, 

I am looking to streamline learner access to Learning Communities. Ideally, the learner will navigate from the Homepage > About Me > Learning Communities. There is no existing deep link to this area so i was wondering if anyone has been successful in creating a deep link or would have additional input into how this can be better accomplished.
