Hello,
I was wondering how other companies mitigate the risk of bias when hiring managers are screening their own candidates and determining who to interview in TBE? Do you do this through training and/or a policy? We are thinking of giving our hiring managers access to their own requisitions in the system so they can screen their own candidates but we are concerned about potential discrimination from a risk control standpoint. How can we ensure we are covered in case a claim is filed when managers are screening their own candidates? Does anyone currently allow their managers to screen candidates and
