How can I adjust my analytic to show only the latest Meeting Version from the last year

Hi All,

For our Talent analytic I need to show only the latest completed Talent Review Meeting version from the last year.
In the example below I would like to display only the 2017 WW IT meeting and hide/remove the 2017 IT one.
For 2018 I would like to show all versions.

Any idea is really appreciated !
