Formatting UDF Labels for external job boards.

Looking to for details on how to format labels on external job boards.

We've added some custom UDFs to our job templates. The labels appear formatted consistently on the Career Portal (see capture 1)....

The Position Specific Details field and Start Rate field are custom UDF's. 

When it's picked up by Monster and other boards we're losing the formatting on the labels. See Capture 2. Is there somewhere to configure the formatting for the labels so that they populate correctly to job boards? I searched the user guide and poked around the configuration settings, and I'm not finding it anywhere...
