We are using out of the box integration between Taleo and HCM Cloud, and the Requisition Templates are created in Taleo based on the Fusion Jobs. Our jobs are very generic for example, Administrator and our positions are more specific, for example Administrator Business Support, Administrator Finance etc.
Business would like to keep a library of Job Profiles in Taleo, which should include the description, KPI’s, KPA’s, competencies etc. and they would like this info to be automatically pulled through when creating a new Requisition. Our Requisition Templates are based on Fusion Jobs, which are too generic.
