After R13 upgrade we observed that when a manager is trying to update assignment record even after all approval process the record is erroring out with "You must enter a valid value for the GradeId field.'

 

Also observed that job of the employee does not exist in PER_VALID_GRADES_F table. Can that be an issue and what process we need to run to update that table
