Can TCC be used to add single Prescreening Question to all Requisition Templates in Library?

Hi
We are wanting to add a new Prescreening question to all of our current Requisition Templates (around 1200) in our Taleo environment.

Is this possible via TCC.  I have been searching through TCC fields and the data dictionaries but no luck so far.
