Can you Make Organization Structure and Profile Fields Read-only?

Can you make organizational (foundation data) fields read-only after automatic req creation?

Does anyone know you are able to make certain standard fields read only once the req is opened and approved? I do see you can make some like Req Title and any UDFs. But I was looking specifically for Org Structure and profile elements. We are moving to Workday for our Core HCM and we are planning to create reqs there and have them feed over to Taleo to automatically create the requisition. So we would like some elements to be editable, but none of the core info.
