Issues with spreadsheet loader for modify Learning assignments status

Using spreadsheet loader (in Release 12 but also in R13 18B in test environment) for modify Learning assignments  status we encounternig different problems.

1) For some users, even if they select only the assignments "not started" in offerimg learners page, in the exported excel are always present assignments with status "Complete" and "Withdrawn"

2) From a few days, for offers in the classroom instructor-led offerings, the completion date assigned is current date instead of the activity end date

3) For some users, even if repeatedly install and uninstall the plugin, the excel always opens empty
