Core HR: Is creating new assignment statuses considered as customization or it's part of configuration of the application? I can see the task listed in the application configuration tasklist and should be considered as configuration if any new values are added.

Client would like to capture LOA etc using assignment status and I would like to understand if it can be captured using Assignment status or better to use action/reasons for the same.

Any inputs? Thanks in advance.
