Hi Experts,
Just trying to understand the difference between the below scenarios
- Create Work Relationship – Employee can work in Two Work Relationships, with 2 different assignments, both can be Active, with Pay.
- Global Temp Assignment – Employee can still possibly work in Two Work Relationships, with 2 different assignments, both can be Active, with Pay. The default Assignment Status of the prior work relationship is Suspended but it can be overwritten if the job is still Active and paid.
So essentially other than the Action, Action Reason is there any other fundamental difference between the way these two functionalities work?
