Comments splitting across multiple rows

Hi all - I have an issue with reporting comments out of our performance/talent module, where our comments are splitting across multiple rows (see screenshot).  This report is currently coded in BIP, due to the number of rows that we are expecting OTBI is not an option.  Is there a way to fix this?  I am not sure what other information I can provide to help find an answers, please let me know.
