R13 October Patch - Pending Worker Rehire Error

We are testing our October patch for R13 and have found that we are receiving the following errors when trying to use the pending worker feature for a rehire:

Attribute BusinessUnitId in PWAssignmentDEO is required.

Attribute BusinessUnitId in PWTermsDEO is required.

 This was not an issue prior to the new patch. We were able to start the pending worker process and if the employee was a rehire, the window would pop up letting us know that and we would still be able to continue as a pending worker with a new work relationship rather than a new person number. We are able to enter information into the Employment Information screen, including selecting the appropriate business unit, but when you press Next this error is generated.
