I am looking for a best practice for tracking campus specific hires. I want to be able to use this tracking in the long-term for reporting purposes.  I would like to come up with a way to easily track campus hires to see how well our campus hires perform at our organization. 

Any suggestions on how your organization accomplishes this or any best practices you can recommend are appreciated.
