Display Department on the Internal Career Site

Can the department field be exposed on the internal Career Site?

Hello, 

I have a need to display the department in our internal job posting.  In viewing the requisition fields, the checkbox for career site is gray'd out for Department.  Does anyone know if I need to go somewhere else in the set up to do this or if this can even be accomplished?
