Hi,

We have Requisitions created for different Countries across the World, and also have cases where a specific Candidate has applied to Requisitions created for different Countries. So basically a Candidate could have applied for multi-Country Requisitions.

Also, the retention period of Candidates varies as per the policies of individual Countries. For example; for UK it can be 6 months, for US 3 years and for Australia it can be 1 year.  If a Candidate has applied for all the Requisitions created for these three Countries, then the maximum retention period should be considered. In this case, it would be 3 years.
