Need to be able to have the recruiter send a notification to candidate to fill out personal details information after accepting an offer

Hi Everyone,

Wondering if anyone has been able to set up a "2nd pass" application. Idea would be to have an application flow in addition to the original application flow. Once they sign the offer there is an additional application flow used for the candidate to provide their SSN, DoB, Gender after the candidate has accepted the offer.
