Approval for recording External Certification in Fusion Learn

Hi All,

We are looking at a scenario where an employee completes a training(external) and wants to update it in Learning transcript for that he requests for a Non-Catalog Learning, post approval Learning specialist creates a catalog and the employee there after goes and marks it as complete.

Please suggest if there are any by which employee can do a Online request with attachment ? Request for Non Catalog learning doesn't give any option for attachment.

Moreover, once the catalog is created and a second employee goes and complete the external training how will he be able to upload the certificate for approval of that course?
