SCORM does not finish even after reaching the end of the presentation.

After clicking view it loads to a new page, that page opens a pop-up browser where I was able to play the SCORM file. I finished the SCORM file and after that I was not able to do anything else.

I closed that pop-up window then click Save and Close in the first window.

I went back to the page where I will be clicking the "View" button and clicked next.

The next page is an evaluation which did not load due to the previous activity being not finished.
