How can I export the geography hierarchy?

Hi,

I couldn't find any option to export the full geography hierarchy as we defined in the "manage geography hierarchy".

In OTBI I can export only the cities which assigned to employees and in the BI publisher I haven't found the table which includes this data.

Attached please find a screenshot with the table I want to export to a file.

I would much appreciate your assistance.
