Grant permission to use job board (defined by user group)

How do i grant permission to a user group so that may use eQuest?

Hello,

Macdonald Hotels has setup eQuest as a job posting service.

We would like to grant access by user group. I have setup a new user group and given to a user, then added the user group to an equest job board. Equest has been set up with job board, the posting doesnt show when setup by group but it does if i set up by individual users.
