Employee list with Performance Document status - whether document exists or not

I'm trying to get one consolidated current employee list with the performance document status of a particular document with one row per employee.

Hi all,

 

I’m looking to

 

1. create a simple employee list report that shows everyone with or without a particular Performance Document, and the status of that document.
2. Be able to use that employee list report to create summary pivot tables / graphs per business area

 

For example, we have a Performance Document called “Q3 Performance Document” and we want to get a full employee list – with one row per employee - which indicates who does/doesn’t have a Q3 Performance Document.
