Email resume parsing not working?

How can we know if the resume parsing service by email is working?

Hello there,

We redirected plenty of our candidates to apply directly to the parser via mail, however lately I haven't seen any records coming that way and even tried out sending a couple resumes myself with no effect.

Is there anyway to make sure the service is actually working? I've submitted a ticket to MOS but they said it shouldn't have any issues.
