How do instructor's access attachments, track attendance, and manage evaluations?

How do instructors manage their instructor-led trainings?  I would imagine they would need access to possibly manage ILT times and classrooms, or at the least be able to track attendance, add/remove attachments, and manage assessments/evaluation results.  I don't see a way to do this out of the box.
