I have some questions about Workforce Management - Workforce Trend Real Time.  We are trying to understand the difference between the Starting Period Active Full-time Equivalency and Starting Period Full-time Equivalency.  Both of the measures are picking up hires which occur on the 1st day of the month of the starting period.  The subject area has helped us deliver on-demand turnover reporting, but I have end users challenging this Starting Period value.  For example, if the reporting period is from 9/1/2017 to 10/31/2017, the users expect the Starting Period Active FTE to be the same number of FTEs as reported on 8/31/2017.  I would like to have a better understand on the make up of the two fields.  Any insight is appreciated.  Thanks.
