HCM users have different roles which are assigned or revoked based on the roles they perform in the organization over a period of time.

What is the current functionality within the Oracle Cloud HCM product which can be used to gather the information on when a specific role has been assigned and by whom and also if a role was removed/revoked from the user ( when and by whom).

Additionally is there an audit report available which the system super users can use to monitor the access levels of the employee? The report should include all historical assignments and not only the roles the user has on current date.
