As per some of the legislative requirements - EQUALITY COMMISSION FOR NORTHERN IRELAND and FAIR EMPLOYMENT AND TREATMENT (NI) ORDER 1998
Northern Ireland needs to have only 3 values:
1) Roman Catholic
2) Protestant
3) Not stated
Rest of the UK needs to have different values. Any workarounds on this is highly appreciated.
