Waiting List

Waiting list does not move on its own

Hi,

I created a course with limited number of seats (2) and FIFO waiting list. Case goes as follows -

1.) Employee 1 registers - 1 seat left

2.) Employee 2 registers - 0 seats left

3.) Employee 3 registers - Waiting list 1

4.) Employee 4 registers - Waiting list 2

5.) Employee 1 withdraws

Now my problem starts. There is no change in the waiting list. Neither the place becomes available and nor the employee number 3 moves up. Do I need to run any process or what is the expected process.
