Overview of changed values in new notification mails missing

Hi all,
I'm currently struggling with a side effect of the new (18B+) stylish notification mail layouts (including employee pictures and the colored bars on APPROVE, REJECT, REQUEST INFORMATION).
Where does an HR representative/ manager see details on what was actually changed within "Person Information"? In the "old" text based mail layouts the line concerning changed values was marked with a little blue dot at the side, so HR representatives knew which information must be changed/approved.
This information is completely gone in the new layouts. HR representative just receive information that something has changed for an employee and they should approve it.
