Hi,

Trying to update / Change termination date through Manage work relationship  but getting the error 'record cannot be terminated until the direct report has been reassign' Although the direct reports has been assigned and accept by other manager.

Tried a workaround wherein we reverse the termination date, but now unable to terminate the user getting the same error.

Can you please Help !!
