Autorejection condition and Scout Candidates

Is there a wait to edit condition that reject candidates to not be applied to candidates sent to us by Scout?

We currently use Scout for hard to fill positions.  We are also going to create a condition that will autoreject candidates who do not meet basic qualifications.  The issue is the Scout candidates come to us via integration without answering the prescreening questions which means they will be automatically rejected.  Is there a way to edit our autoreject condition to exempt the Scout candidates or is there a better way to handle this?
