Approval wizard to pop up automatically when a manager raises a req

Hello

When our managers raise a requisition they have to save it, click on more actions and request approval. We are finding a lot of managers forgetting to do this so we were hoping we could find a way that when a manager clicks save and close, the approval wizard automatically pops up so they don't need to click into more actions.

Any ideas?
