Good Day,

We are trying to determine Oracle HCM Cloud Legislative Data Group best practice.  Is Oracle HCM Cloud delivered with Legislative Data Groups seeded? 

If Oracle HCM is delivered with seeded LDGs, should an organization specific LDG be created if that organization is based in a specific country, the United States for example?
