Candidate role Workflow Approval Notification question

Hello All,

I am facing issue with Workflow Approval Notification. Below is the business case:

1. Transfer transaction raised by initiator-->goes to Manager for approval-->then Application Role.

2. Manager approves, he can see all the details of changed attributes.

3. Application Role is assigned to 4 users, one user can see the changed attributes but the other 3 cannot. So its like blindly approving without knowing the changes.

4. If i assign the same roles of user who can see the details, 2 users can see the changed attributes but 1 user still not able to view the changed attributes.

What could be the issue relating to Roles?
