How Do I Activate the Candidate Job Submission Status in Taleo 17.8.1??

Hello All...I'm hoping someone is currently using this functionality and can help me.

My organization uses Taleo 17.8.1 and we'd like to be able to turn on the candidate job submission status so that when candidates log into their career section profile they can see the current job status for any positions they've applied to.

In fact, based on the below Oracle information I found it instructs that the Candidate Communication Agent needs to be enabled:

The Candidate Communication Agent module allows candidates to see job submission statuses and to always be informed of where they are in the application process.
