Hello

I'm hoping someone can help with an issue I am having.

I have a report in OTBI which looks at all staff and their termination dates for a period. I have created a column to help identify the total leavers for a period (Leaver Headcount) and a column for the headcount (Headcount). When I pivot on these they sum fine. 

I have then created a column dividing the 2 columns above, to get a rate calculation, however when I pivot on this data set I don't get the correct values (attached image). I'm not sure what I am doing incorrectly.
