We have had issues in  Oracle Cloud HCM Rest APIs and unable to trigger the API from our company’s network. After we enabled the port for us*.oraclecloud.com in our network  we are able to use the Rest API .I wanted to check with you to make sure whether any other Port need to be enabled/opened from our side to have this connectivity. 

I remember when I had a discussion with Oracle support person few years back, he told me that Oracle usually changes the IPs periodically with same or different segment and the access can’t be restricted or enabled with the single ip in the customer firewall. I think it is changed now and it should be okay but looking for confirmation and advise
