Hi Experts,

We are looking to create an approval that gets trigged only when a user changes the province of their home address.

  • In the options to select from attribute its only says region1, region2, region3.
  • In DB tables the definition for Region 1 = Primary region in which the address is located.
  • But when I enter the value with the attribute there is an error with the workflow.

Questions:

1. Is Region 1 = the province or state of a country?

2. Can you filter an approval rule based on this value?
