Have 2 reporting related questions:

1.  Which reporting tool (OTBI or BI Publisher) do you train your business users on?  These are slightly technical team members, but mostly business-minded.  We are debating training these users on the easier tool or the more complicated tool.

2.  What is the high-level thinking when determining which reporting tool to use for a new reporting request (OTBI or BI Publisher)?  We know there are benefits and downsides to each tool (e.g. OTBI for graphics, BIP for access to some data not avail. through OTBI).
