Hello All, we have a requirement where the client requires each approval routes per document under document of records such as , for uploading driving license it should follow the approval like - employee uploads the Driving License> then goes to Line Manager for review/approval> once approved then should go to the HR Admin as FYI notification.  We have around 10 such document types and each of them should have their approval routes. 

We are using the Transaction console to create the approval rules for each of the document types, but are not very sure if this is the right way to do so, any idea/advise will be really helpful.
