Lookup value from other column

Hi

I have a fairly simple report containing Person Number, Phone Number and Manager Number.  I'm trying to populate a column with Manager Phone number using a lookup to the Person Number and Phone Number.  I've been trying to use the Case (Switch) function, is that the right one to use?
