Can you view/create pipeline requisitions in fluid recruiting?

We are looking at fluid recruiting and it doesn't look like you can create or view pipeline requisitions.  I could not find any info in the Oracle Taleo release documentation.  Does anyone know for certain, if it is actually not available in fluid or do you have to turn it on somewhere?  We are running 17.8 and can view/create pipeline requisitions in the old flash interface.
