Limited Setup Access to a Custom Role

Hi All,

We have a requirement where we need to provide limited access to a custom role which will allow only to perform 'Manage Calendar Events' and 'Manage Costing of Position' from Setup and Maintenance Work Area.

Following privileges are attached to access Setup and Maintenance Work Area along with the other privileges that are present in the custom role

Setup and Maintain Applications
Execute Setup Tasks
Search Tasks
Manage Calendar Events
But even if I am able to see the Setup and Maintenance Work Area, on clicking the object it is giving a blank page. 

Suggest how we can enable these limited tasks for a Custom Role.
