How to Audit HR Processes basis TATs and steps to be followed across organisation

Currently, our implementation partner has not provided any solution on how to audit the HR processes. we are unable to audit the health of HRMS data and SOPs, Tats to be followed by stakeholdersContent
We asked our implementation partner to provide Audit reports to check the HR processes and the TATs followed by stakeholders. But they are unable to deliver by saying as it is not possible to configure.
