Hello,

It seems the functionality of the My Team's Learning Page is somewhat slim and confusing. I have a few questions below:

  • Change Status only has one option: Delete Assignment which is greyed out no matter the status. What is the purpose of this?
  • Can a manager force or record completion for a direct report?
  • What does View Approval Task do as a manager?
  • Same as above for Show Offering Assignments
  • It appears only assigned learning is visible as a manager. Can't managers also view their directs' voluntary learning too?
