We are configuring various document types such as Flexible working/Paternity Leave under document of records.  Employees to upload the existing forms for paternity leaves as their document of record which goes to their immediate Line Manager for Approval. We have a requirement here, once the Line Manager have approved it.. it should then go the employees's department head for final approval. Could you please advise how does the application finds the department head in the supervisory hierarchy?
