We are running into issues when an employee tries to update their address on the Contact Information page. This is happening for all employees that are located in the US.  When they select a city, state and zip code, the fields blank out when attempting to populate the fields from the vertex file.  I'm opening an SR, but I was curious if anyone else has seen this problem?  I searched the open bugs and found that there are cases where the zip code isn't populating for some US employees, but this is happening consistently across the city, state and zip for all
