Experience with France HR - Different types of contracts

edited Jan 26, 2019 8:05PM in Human Capital Management 1 comment

Summary

Looking to understand how other have handled French specific contracting arrangements

Content

Question 1: We have employees that are classified as "Mise à disposition" and  "Détaché".    We are not running payroll but the main difference is that for Mise à disposition they are paid by their originating organization and then receive an allowance from us.    Détaché are paid by us.   They are both eligible for Absence, benefits as a regular employee is and function for all intents and purposes in the roles of regular employees.  They can have direct reports, perform performance evaluations etc..

My plan is to use Assignment Category (and Worker Category ) to display their contract type (all workers in France have contracts) and the worker category for the Mise à disposition and Détaché.
